A community-focused oncology practice in Folsom, CA, seeks a Hematology Oncology Physician to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to practice patient-centered, high-quality care in a collaborative practice setting with partnership potential.About the Position

• 4.5-day workweek
• 80%-90% office-based with limited hospital duties – No Chemotherapy
• Patient Load: 16-18 per day
• On-Site Support: Infusion centers, access to clinical trials, and teaching

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year guarantee: $550,000-$650,000 (Depending on experience)
• Partnership track available after 2 years with $800K+ potential
• Up to $50k Sign-On
• 401K Match
• 4 Weeks PTO in the first two years and 6 weeks PTO as a partner
