The Role
What you'll do...
Collaboratively work to build, maintain, and evolve Koop's brand
Conceptualize and execute ideas across the different pillars of Koop including Product, Marketing Drops, Social, and more
Bring innovative and creative ideas to life
Come up with clear, effective, fun, and powerful marketing language and copy
Ensure a high-quality bar in all external touch points across the brand
Produce assets for a variety of mediums (blogs, videos, tweets) that stay true to our core values and principles
Who you are...
You have extreme proficiency in the software needed for the job: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
You have previous experience working on brands, either internally or part of an agency
You have a strong visual Design ability when it comes to color, type, layout, etc.
You're highly creative with an eye for details
You have great taste, hold a high bar for aesthetics, and you produce work that reaches it
You care less about what others have done, and more about what's right for us
You can clearly communicate your ideas and feedback
You're comfortable in a fast moving environment, managing multiple projects at once
You are passionate about Web3, future of work, and the mission of Koop
