Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Photoshop and other top-level graphic editing tools. You will be responsible for creating mock-ups and drafts for customers seeking custom designs for a range of products, including flags, banners, trade show booths, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their design needs and objectives.
• Create high-quality mock-ups and drafts using Photoshop and other graphic design software.
• Develop custom images and graphics for flags, banners, trade show booths, and other business materials.
• Revise designs based on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are print-ready and meet all specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience creating designs for print production, particularly large-format printing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
