Graphic Designer | Telford | >£25,000

We are searching for a new King Arthur: Legend of Adobe to take their birthright seat on the throne within an established training business in Telford. We want to acknowledge your true legacy of becoming an outstanding Graphic Designer and support your dynamic style to create epic Designs for both Print and Web. Of course, all Queens are welcome too!

Due to your responsibilities, you will need to be a confident communicator so you can share your ideas and imagination with your comrades and the world. You will be joining an in-house Marketing & Development team that has been successful in deploying new ideas and material over the last 10+ years. You will be responsible for all print and digital design across the business including both B2B and B2C. While brand guidelines are in place we want someone who can stretch the boundaries and search for new ways of executing designs and marketing material through a variety of different mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative and professional graphics for use in projects across all brands and divisions. This will include brand refreshes, email templates, website elements, social media graphics, online advertising graphics, adverts, video, brochures and flyers, posters, signage, invitations, new business tenders, sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • To ensure all work complies with brand guidelines
  • Manage all print production, liaising with external print suppliers
  • Liaise with internal clients to determine requirements and budget

 

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Imaginative, creative, organised and enthusiastic
  • Confident in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects with varying priority. Must meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent listener with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with Video Editing/Production/ animation
