1. Deputy Director (Cartels & Trade Abuse)

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or Finance from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience:

• 7 years (Bachelor’s degree holders)

• 5 years (Master’s degree holders)
  Age Limit: 32 years

Skills Required:

• Sound understanding of Competition Law and cartel investigations

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks

• Experience in investigations, dominance abuse, and compliance

• Capable of preparing investigation reports, legal briefs, and recommendations

2. Assistant Director (Legal / Adjudication)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age Limit: 30 years

Skills Required:

• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents (contracts, MoUs, agreements)

• Proficient in legal research and regulatory filings

• Knowledge of law interpretation and legal representation

3. Assistant Director (Exemptions)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age Limit: 30 years

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Competition Law and Exemption Regulations

• Ability to analyze exemption requests and maintain records

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and data assessment

4. Assistant Director (Office of Fair Trade)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age Limit: 30 years

Skills Required:

• Understanding of Competition Law, economic principles, and market analysis

• Analytical skills to assess anti-competitive behavior

• Report writing and compliance experience preferred
