🧑💼 Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is a government-owned company working to strengthen Pakistan’s resilience against natural hazards such as floods, earthquakes, and climate-related disasters.
NDRMF seeks a dynamic, visionary, and experienced professional to lead the organization as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a performance-based contract with a market-based negotiable salary package.
🎓 Qualification Requirements

Minimum Master’s degree (16 years of education) in one of the following fields:
Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Disaster Management, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Insurance, or Social Sciences. -
Ph.D. or foreign qualification (recognized by HEC) will be an added advantage.
💼 Experience Requirements

Minimum 20 years of progressive, post-qualification professional experience.

At least 5 years in a top leadership role such as CEO, Managing Director, or Director General in a large-scale public sector enterprise, financial institution, fund, or reputed private organization.
Experience must demonstrate:

Proven expertise in fund mobilization, donor financing, or development finance (preferably in Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Finance, or Climate Change Adaptation).

Strong engagement history with international donors such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UN Agencies, and other partners.

Experience in international development, resource mobilization, or fund management will be an added advantage.

Communication & Team Building: Effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.

Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as of the closing date.

Nationality: Only Pakistani citizens are eligible (dual nationals are ineligible).
