1. HR Specialist

Number of Posts: 01
Maximum Age: 47 Years
Qualification: Master’s degree (or higher) in HRM/HRD or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: 10+ years in HR management, preferably in public or development sector organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational assessments and succession planning.

• Review and improve HR structure, policies, and service regulations.

• Develop KPIs and performance systems.

• Manage HR data and HRMIS.

• Implement employee development and training programs.

Pay Range: Rs. 450,000 – 650,000 (Lump Sum / Per Month)

2. Regulation Specialist

Qualification: Master’s degree (or higher) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Law, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in regulatory framework formulation, preferably in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Harmonize procurement systems and regulations.

• Review and update procurement policies and frameworks.

• Conduct research and suggest process improvements.

• Provide legal opinions and maintain records.
