You’ll report directly to the founders, work closely with product and operations, and help define the go-to-market motion for years to come. If you’ve ever wanted to be “the first in the door” and build something meaningful in healthtech, this is your chance.
What You'll Do
Run the Full Cycle: Execute discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation. Own the process end to end. Short sales cycles, high ACVs!
Manage Inbound Leads: Respond to and qualify inbound interest, moving prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
Leverage Conferences and Tradeshows: Follow up with leads from industry events and conferences, converting them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with SDRs, product, and leadership to refine pitch strategy and build scalable sales infrastructure.
Refine the Message: Tailor Roger’s value prop for operational leaders in home health and adjacent verticals.
CRM Discipline: Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
Build a Legacy: Shape the future of Roger’s sales culture, tools, and tactics.
