We're Roger Healthcare (www.rogerhealthcare.com), building AI-powered clinical documentation for home-based healthcare. We give overworked clinicians their evenings and weekends back and raise the standard of elder care.

Backed by world-class investors, we are expanding rapidly, and deploying our platform to agencies serving tens of thousands of patients. We’re looking for passionate and high-performing individuals who are excited to be a part of this growth journey!

You’ll report directly to the founders, work closely with product and operations, and help define the go-to-market motion for years to come. If you’ve ever wanted to be “the first in the door” and build something meaningful in healthtech, this is your chance.

What You'll Do

  • Run the Full Cycle: Execute discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation. Own the process end to end. Short sales cycles, high ACVs!

  • Manage Inbound Leads: Respond to and qualify inbound interest, moving prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.

  • Leverage Conferences and Tradeshows: Follow up with leads from industry events and conferences, converting them into sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with SDRs, product, and leadership to refine pitch strategy and build scalable sales infrastructure.

  • Refine the Message: Tailor Roger’s value prop for operational leaders in home health and adjacent verticals.

  • CRM Discipline: Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.

  • Build a Legacy: Shape the future of Roger’s sales culture, tools, and tactics.
