Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements Possession of a current Canadian ATPL or successful completion of the written IATRA examination. A minimum of 1000 hours Total Flight Time. A minimum of 500 hours Multi-Engine Time. Demonstrated ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC or Red Pass). Proven commitment to an uncompromising safety culture. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required for effective crew resource management. Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing protocols is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Previous jet experience is highly valued, though not strictly essential.
