A leading industrial business in Johannesburg North is looking for a Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to take charge of the finance function, bring energy to the team, and keep the numbers lifting their weight.
You’ll manage a high-performing team, oversee the full finance function, and get involved in everything from labour recovery models to the reporting that drives strategy. This is not a back-office role - it’s a hands-on leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, supply-driven industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function - reporting, compliance, cash flow, and controls
- Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring that they’re pulling their weight
- Provide insights into labour recovery and operational efficiency
- Prepare and deliver management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Partner with operations and leadership to support strategic decisions
- Ensure that processes are efficient, streamlined, and scalable
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) – essential
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Previous exposure to the industrial or supply chain sector preferred
- Understanding of labour recovery models advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills - a confident, dynamic personality is key
- Hands-on, energetic, and able to “do the heavy lifting” when needed
