Financial Manager

This is not a back-office finance role. It is a chance to steer the numbers that shape a global business. From cash flow to compliance, you will be the strategic force ensuring profitability, efficiency, and growth across international markets. Your work would not just inform decisions, but it drive them. Be more than the numbers; be the voice shaping strategy in a multinational arena.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning: Cash flow forecasting, budgets, and quarterly/annual strategies
• Deliver accurate, insightful monthly management accounts
• Monitor income, expenses, risks, and growth opportunities with a sharp commercial eye
• Strengthen internal controls, streamline systems, and safeguard compliance
• Oversee ledgers, reconciliations, VAT, debtors/creditors, and cross-border transactions with SARB
• Partner with global finance teams on reporting, inter-company invoicing, and cost allocation through Xero

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly qualified Chartered Accountant
• Advanced Excel is required
• Proven Xero expertise would be beneficial
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting ability
• Commercial acumen with the courage to challenge trends and influence improvements
