Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full financial accounting function, including reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
• Consolidate financial information from multiple divisions and business units.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Support audits, tax submissions, and compliance processes.
• Implement and streamline financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide strategic insights to senior management through in-depth financial analysis.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant, with extensive exposure to the logistics, transport, or supply chain sector.
• Proven ability to operate in busy, high-volume environments with multiple reporting structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations.
• Excellent systems proficiency (ERP/financial systems and advanced Excel).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work closely across business functions – a collaborative mindset is vital.
• A detail-oriented, hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Ability to integrate smoothly into a team culture where direct, clear communication is valued.
