They are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join their finance team. The purpose of this role is to perform all financial and accounting functions for the property portfolios, including attending portfolio management meetings, preparing budgets, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting the Finance Manager with reporting, analysis, and other key financial activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment within the property sector.
This role reports to the Finance Manager.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- com degree
- SAICA articles
- 3 years of experience post articles and 5 years of experience as an accountant within property without articles
- MDA experience
- Role is Excel-heavy.
