Finance Manager

Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial reports, including DSO, brand performance, revenue, margins, and cash flow
Perform revenue and balance sheet reconciliations, including ID facility and inter-company balances
Upload and manage nurse cost data, including MA filling entries
Post various journals including payroll, accruals, prepayments, and transactions
Oversee and review commission calculations and authorize payment schedules
Liaise with banking institutions on relevant financial matters
Compile and analyse detailed MA reports for UK brands, including commentary on movement and variances
Develop and maintain quarterly budgets
Manage a small team (currently two direct reports), supporting performance and professional development

Skills & Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance/accounting role
Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Familiarity with accounting software (NAV experience is advantageous)
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
Experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment preferred
Knowledge of UK and Irish tax laws and statutory compliance beneficial
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA(SA), or equivalent (advantageous but not mandatory)
