🔑 Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
✔ Prepare and present monthly variance reports to senior stakeholders.
✔ Conduct financial trend analysis to identify anomalies and risks.
✔ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial productivity.
✔ Generate quarterly and annual investor reports and financial statements.
Accounting & Reconciliation
✔ Oversee monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and tax calculations with accountants and auditors.
✔ Execute month-end closing activities and generate weekly management dashboards.
✔ Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing using Bento.
✔ Maintain accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) schedules.
Expense & Cash Flow Management
✔ Process expense reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
✔ Monitor outstanding payments from buyers and coordinate with the credit recovery team.
✔ Ensure timely payment of operational expenses (e.g., rent, services).
