General Summary:

About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role supports FP&A activities for Qualcomm RF360 business, with manufacturing Location in Wuxi, Munich and Singapore. The position involves OpEx, Scrap Calculation, Inventory Management, Cost center expenses Analysis, Revenue Reporting and Analysis, Standard cost movement understanding and other relevant work involves around manufacturing segment.

Job Overview:

• Individual Responsibilities (transactional and analytics) - month-end activities reporting and Analysis.
• Support stakeholders (Wuxi, Munich and Singapore) with budgeting forecast process, outlooks, prepare and analyze monthly operating expense reports, variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.
• Engage in driving automation of finance process via AI and other possible automations to bring efficiency.
• Working closely with global stakeholder’s region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation (SOP Preparation) for all activities.
• Individual will require to do morning shift ~2-5 day in a month to support Singapore and Wuxi time zone.
• Perform additional ad hoc finance activities from time to time.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years’ relevant industry experience in finance FP&A activities, with experience in Manufacturing added advantage.
• Excellent Advance Excel Skills with Macro (VBA) and Tableau added advantage.
• Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
• Morning Shift for ~2-5 days in a month during month end close (Starting 5 AM morning)
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Basic understating of AI, including its application and potential use within Finance domain.
• Good Team player who works along with the team to drive efficiency in process using AI & automation
• Understanding of Finance ERP Tool, SAP knowledge added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to connect with stakeholders globally and drive the work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – Tableau, Power BI etc.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in commerce - knowledge or experience of Manufacturing segment
• ICWA Cost Accountants/MBA - Knowledge or experience of Manufacturing segment added advantage.
