About the job
Workers will erect and maintain hothouses, fill plant boxes with HECO, planting seeds in plant boxes, transplanting plants into cups, watering plants in the hot houses, help spreading fertilizer, help prepare the fields, help laying plastic, drip ine, layflat and hooking up all irrigation implements, plant plants in the fields, stick, prune and tie plants, hand pick and/or processing tomatoes which includes but not limted to: grading, packing, stacking boxes, picking up culls, etc, cleaning packing facilities, picking buckets, crates, etc. Some tractor driving may be required. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. All workers must be physically able to perform all duties. All work and safety rules but be followed.
