We are seeking both experienced professionals and freshers for a well-known ISP industry position as an Executive or Senior Executive in Business Development. The payroll will be managed by MUNSHI HR SOLUTIONS LTD.

Job Location:

  • Inside Dhaka City
  • Outside of Dhaka City (Gazipur, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Khulna, Cox’s Bazar)

Employment Status: Full Time

Salary: 20k+ (negotiable)

Education: Bachelor's/Honours/Master's/ BBA/ MBA from a reputed university.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years (Freshers are also encouraged)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the ISP, telecom, or broadband service industry.
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Willing to work in the field and visit customers regularly.
  • Good knowledge of local areas, customer network, and market trends.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, Email communication, etc.).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular client visits for new requirements and maintain existing relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with a result-oriented approach.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings.
  • Handle pressure with initiative and independence.
  • Update management on sales progress periodically.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Organise and attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research and analyse competitors` strategies.
