The Role

We’re looking for experienced Concreters to join upcoming civil projects across WA. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew working on civil and resources builds - footings, slabs, pads and pours that need to be done right. This is a FIFO/DIDO role on a 2:1 roster ex-Perth. Whether you’re ready to start now or just lining up your next swing, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Place, screed, and finish concrete for footings, pads, slabs and other structures.
• Support with formwork, steel fixing, or general site duties where needed.
• Keep standards high for safety, quality, and crew reliability.
• Work as part of a team that shows up, backs each other, and gets it done.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years’ concreting experience, civil or mining background preferred.
• Solid finishing skills and confidence across various pours.
• Valid White Card and Manual C Class driver’s licence (HR preferred).
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.
• Extra tickets like EWP, earthmoving, or steel fixing? Even better.
