The Role

We’re on the lookout for Formwork Carpenters to join upcoming projects across Western Australia, from new mine site builds and smaller-scale civil works to construction projects around Perth. With both FIFO/DIDO and local opportunities available, you’ll get stuck into real work, backed by a crew that does what it says. This is an open call. Whether you’re ready to start straight away or just weighing up your next move, we’d like to connect.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality formwork on civil and resources projects.
• Pitch in across site duties when needed - flexible and hands-on.
• Work safely, steadily, and as part of a tight crew.
• Keep standards high while helping projects run smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

• Trade-qualified and experienced Formwork Carpenter.
• Valid White Card and relevant trade qualifications.
• Machine tickets (desirable, not essential).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

• FIFO ex-Perth - 2:1 roster.
• DIDO opportunities available.
• Perth-based project work for select crews.
• Immediate starts available.
• Ongoing opportunities for the right people.
