• Hospital-employed role
• Open to Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-trained physicians 
• 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) – predictable schedule for great work-life balance
• ED averages 15,000 visits per year
• Collaborative coverage – always 1 MD and 1 APP on each shift
• Competitive compensation with a $20,000 sign-on bonus
