WE ARE HIRING – EXPERT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Industry: Manufacturing (Boxing Gloves & Martial Arts Equipment) PENNA Industries is actively looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team and lead all aspects of electrical systems optimization, safety, and performance across our production facility. 🔌 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and equipment 🔹 Monitor and enhance the performance of electrical installations 🔹 Ensure full compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and regulations 🔹 Diagnose electrical faults and perform timely preventive/corrective maintenance 🔹 Manage load calculations and power distribution for factory operations 🔹 Lead energy efficiency initiatives and recommend system upgrades 🔹 Coordinate with the production team for machinery and automation support 🔹 Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project plans 📋 Requirements: ✅ 3–5 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering ✅ PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) Registration is mandatory ✅ Strong command of electrical drawings, schematics, and safety protocols ✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and system efficiency ✅ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
