Design engineering solutions for the platform and system. #. Conducts feasibility studies, design margin, validation analyses and empirical testing on the designs. #. This role would apply developed subject matter knowledge to design, analyze, develop, modify and evaluate the key components of the platform, integrate sub-systems and firmware and hardware. #. Ensure integrated circuitry based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines. #. Collaborates and communicates with management, internal peer functions, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution. #. Cooperate with internal peer functions and outsourced design partners, to develop and implement parameters and test plans for the designs, including validation of hardware circuit quality/ robustness; mechanical tolerances/ assembly interference, form/fit/function, shock and vibration; electromagnetic interference; safety; reliability; thermal generation; and system power measurements and expected distribution. #.
