Must Haves:
7+ years’ experience in data engineering or related fields
Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modelling
Proficiency with modern data tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Spark, Airflow, or similar)
Fluent Norwegian speaker, comfortable working in local teams
Nice to Haves:
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Background in data warehousing or real-time analytics
Strong collaboration and communication skills
