Are you equally comfortable analysing survey results as you are writing engaging, data-driven content? We're looking for a Data Analyst & Insights Specialist to join a team that communicates with its members through twice-weekly newsletters. In this unique role, you'll combine your analytical skills with your flair for writing and be able to turn data, opinions, and survey responses into stories that inform and engage their community. What you'll do Work closely with the CEO and Editor to shape and deliver lead stories for newsletters. Analyse survey data and draw out insights that will form the backbone of compelling articles. Help design and refine survey questions to ensure meaningful responses and clear, actionable insights. Write clear, engaging, and insightful articles based on survey findings and community feedback. Support ongoing improvements in how data is collected, interpreted, and communicated. What we're looking for Experience in data/business analysis, customer insights, data journalism, or a similar analytical communications role. Strong ability to interpret survey results and communicate findings in plain, engaging language. Confidence in working with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar). Excellent writing and editing skills, with a talent for making numbers tell a story. A collaborative mindset and curiosity about what drives opinions and trends.
