As one of our early team members, you will work closely with the founders, set up critical data processes from scratch, and achieve rapid career growth in a high-impact startup environment. ### Responsibilities: * Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful trends and business insights * Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting * Collaborate with internal teams to improve data processes and enhance reporting efficiency * Stay updated with industry trends, especially in quick commerce and e-commerce, to provide relevant insights * Work closely with the founders to build data-driven solutions and scale our AI-driven analytics capabilities from the ground up ### Requirements: * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams * Proficiency in SQL with experience working on large datasets * Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment * Hunger to learn new things - you will be thrown problems you haven’t seen before, and you should be excited to figure them out ### Nice to have: * Familiarity with quick commerce and e-commerce industries * Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis * Experience working in an early-stage startup and setting up data processes from scratch If you think you're the right fit, hit apply.
