𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 DigitalSherpa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our on-site team in Kolkata. The selected candidate will work closely with our data team to assist in IT asset management, data analysis, and dashboard creation, contributing to important business decisions. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀  • Support IT Asset Management inventory tracking and data maintenance.  • Work with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for basic data processing.  • Assist in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis.  • Write SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (2024/2025/2026 pass-outs).  • Basic understanding of Python and SQL.  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel.  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  • **Must be based in Kolkata or nearby.** * 📧 Email your resume: megha.paul@digitalsherpa.ai , hr@digitalsherpa.ai
