Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in SQL, working knowledge of Python, and experience in building dashboards using tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio/Looker, or any visualization tools. This role demands not only technical excellence but also effective stakeholder management and communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for business growth. ### Responsibilities * Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. * Use Python (Intermediate to Advanced) for data processing, automation, and basic scripting. * Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Google Data Studio for tracking KPIs and generating insights. * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into data solutions, and deliver actionable insights. * Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy in reporting. * Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis to solve strategic and operational problems. * Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ### Requirements * Advanced SQL expertise with strong experience in joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization. * Python (Intermediate to Advanced): knowledge of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and the ability to automate workflows. * Hands-on experience with data visualization tools - Tableau or Google Data Studio, or any visualization tools. * Strong stakeholder management and ability to independently drive conversations. * Excellent business acumen and problem-solving mindset. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in simple terms.
