### Job Description: Data Analyst #### Position: Data Analyst #### Experience: 1–3 years #### Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA (based on skills & experience) Location:** **Remote (PAN India Hiring) #### Employment Type: Full-time #### Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Data Analyst** to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-based decision-making. You will work closely with business and technical teams to generate actionable insights and improve operational efficiency. ### Key Responsibilities * Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. * Develop and maintain interactive **dashboards and reports** using **Power BI, Tableau, or Excel**. * Support data-driven decision-making by providing meaningful insights to stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs. * Build **data models and KPIs** to track business performance. * Conduct ad hoc analysis and prepare visualizations for management presentations. * Ensure data integrity, governance, and confidentiality at all times. ### Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. * **1–3 years** of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. * Proficiency in **SQL** , **Excel** , and at least one data visualization tool ( **Power BI, Tableau, or Looker** ). * Strong understanding of **data analysis techniques, KPIs, and statistical methods**. * Experience with **Python or R** for data analysis is a plus. * Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly. * Excellent attention to detail, logical thinking, and communication skills. ### Good to Have * Familiarity with **ETL processes, data pipelines, or APIs**. * Knowledge of **Google Analytics, business dashboards, or CRM data**. * Experience working with **large datasets or cloud data platforms** (AWS, BigQuery, Snowflake). * Exposure to **predictive modeling and machine learning concepts**. ### What We Offer * Competitive salary: **₹12–18 LPA**. * 100% **remote work** – flexibility to work from anywhere in India. * Opportunity to work with diverse datasets and innovative analytics projects. * Collaborative and data-driven work culture. * Career growth with continuous learning and upskilling opportunities.
