Customer Success Executive (Sales Telecaller) - Ahmedabad

About the job

We are seeking for highly motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our services. The executive will be expected to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our services
  • Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
  • Offer solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Provide accurate information about our services and pricing
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong sales skills and a passion for selling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Graduation and Gujarati speaking is a must
