Job description
We are looking for a native English speaking, creative and motivated Content Marketer & Social Media. In this role, you create, produce, and optimize various forms of content for our international customer base, ranging from videos for our social media to articles for the website. Additionally, you are responsible for our social presence and reputation. Together with Team Growth, you are part of the creative brain behind Monday Merch, developing ideas for all platforms.

Increase new customer acquisition via organic content and social to help drive our 3x annual revenue growth for 2025

Responsibilities:
Create (video) content for multi-channel marketing efforts, including organic video content, contents for paid ads, email, social, outbound and SEO. Focus countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and The United States.
Ideate, develop and implement a (video) content strategy that aligns with our 3x growth goal
Ideate, develop, plan and create (video) content for all our channels
Community and social media management
Creative content (video / photo / graphic / writing) together with our creative team for all channels
Tracking and reporting results
You
Are native English with excellent pronunciation
Are comfortable in front of a camera
Are creative
Have high interest in (b2b) marketing, social media and creating content
Have a hands on mentality
