About the Role: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Writer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation and social media strategy. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content for both digital and print formats while co-creating social media strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility. ​ Key Responsibilities: ● Content Strategy & Creation: ○ Develop and execute content strategies for social media, email campaigns, blogs newsletters and websites. ○ Write clear, engaging short-form and long-form content for digital (social media, blogs, SEO, newsletters and websites) and print purposes (brochures, flyers, ads). ○ Work on scripts for video content and work on inhouse Podcast series. ○ Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives. ● Social Media Strategy: ○ Develop social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YT etc.). Qualifications: ● 2-3 years of experience in content writing. ● Proven experience in creating content strategies and writing both short-form and long-form content for digital and print mediums. ● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. ● Ability to develop content that meets SEO best practices. ● Experience with analytics and reporting on social media metrics. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Strong attention to detail and creativity
