Content Designer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Content Designer in Canberra. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Manage system control/planning and operational technical service delivery of the department’s record management objectives and needs on EDRMS (Content Manager) and hold Content Manager Administrator position.
• Contract supervision and engagement through liaison and advice to the office service provider organisationand procurement of Content Manager technical/maintenance support and related licensing and licence maintenance.
• Maintain and establish datasets including the management and/or facilitation of technical resolution of Issues.
• Manage Content Manager technical operations including lead on engagement with project managers for Content Manager updates and upgrade projects as required and related testing and processes.
