Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement SOPs, SWPs, and QAPs for construction activities.
- Plan daily job execution, resource allocation, and supervision for equipment, piping, and structural erection, including on-site fabrication.
- Ensure smooth execution of jobs per plan and promptly escalate site issues.
- Execute work as per construction drawings and specifications for equipment, structures, and piping.
- Coordinate with the IM section & store to arrange materials like equipment, structures, pipes & fittings.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and promote a Zero-Incident workplace.
- Implement quality assurance in all construction jobs and coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) requirements.
- Work closely with vendor partners for site job execution, site management, resource planning, safety, and quality compliance.
- Prepare site progress reports and ensure timely updates.
- Verify and process vendor bills for site jobs.
