Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to manage on-site delivery of solar and energy projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, this role ensures all works meet engineering, safety, and quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will oversee subcontractors, coordinate site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project completion.
Responsibilities
- Engineering Standards
● Ensure adherence to engineering and design standards across all projects.
● Maintain organized project documentation including drawings, permits, and correspondence.
● Verify installation quality and compliance with approved designs.
● Use CAD tools to develop “as-built” drawings and support field implementation.
2.Construction Management and Safety
● Manage all site activities, including subcontractors, labor, and equipment.
● Oversee planning, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
● Address construction issues such as material shortages or design gaps.
● Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
● Conduct daily toolbox meetings on safety and work objectives.
● Implement and monitor safe work procedures.
● Enforce site HSE standards and ensure contractor compliance.
● Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
● Oversee waste management and site environmental protection.
3.Testing, Commissioning, and Handover
