Summary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your typical day will involve assigning work assignments to team members, managing their performance and work quality, overseeing financial aspects, and driving overall people management within the team. You will also monitor and control service delivery metrics to ensure that targets are met and exceeded, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and productivity.
