Summary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. Your typical day will involve assigning work assignments to team members, managing their performance and work quality, overseeing financial targets, and driving effective people management within the team. You will also monitor and control service delivery metrics to ensure that client expectations are met consistently and efficiently.
