Summary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, managing team performance, and ensuring that service delivery metrics are met. You will engage with various stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and drive team effectiveness, while also focusing on financial management and people development within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes. - Experience with Salesforce platform customization and configuration. - Ability to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
