Summary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for seamlessly delivering services to the client. A typical day involves overseeing the assignment of work tasks, ensuring that team members are effectively engaged in their responsibilities, and maintaining high standards of work quality. You will also monitor service delivery metrics to ensure that targets are met and that the team operates efficiently. Additionally, you will manage the financial aspects of the team, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet client needs and expectations. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any challenges that may arise throughout the service delivery process. Roles & Responsibilities: _good experience in Experience Cloud, LWC, extensive experience in Salesforce Config, Customization, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes. - Experience with Salesforce platform features and functionalities. - Ability to design and implement scalable architecture solutions. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
