Established 3 years ago this agency is built for consistent, measurable results, not vanity metrics, partnering with proven influencers who deliver high ROI. This is a dynamic Chief Operating Officer leadership role, designed for a proven executor with hands-on experience scaling Web3 marketing agencies. As COO you’ll partner directly with the founder to scale operations, teams and profitability.
About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing Web3 Influencer Marketing Agency who partner with leading protocols, exchanges and software developers. They operate a lean data driven approach and an exclusive focus on effective influencer marketing, enabling the business to scale predictably. With a team of nearly 20 they are now looking to accelerate growth based on their proven business model.
What You’ll Do as Chief Operating Officer
· Streamline workflows, introduce scalable systems, and build SOPs across campaign delivery, client communication, influencer ops, and reporting.
· Lead a growing team of 11+ (across influencer managers, sales managers, copywriters, etc).
· Set clear KPIs, run structured weekly planning, and own team performance.
· Own P&L, improve gross margins, optimize resource allocation and align incentives to further profitability.
· Work closely with sales, marketing, and account teams to scale revenue.
· Build internal dashboards and performance tracking.
· Identify gaps, build hiring plans, and lead recruitment for key operational roles.
· Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
What You Need
· Proven experience scaling a Web3 marketing agency is a must-have.
· Track record of building or optimizing agency operations and leading teams.
· Strong understanding of agency financials: P&L ownership, margin tracking, pricing models.
· Hands-on mindset, comfortable jumping into the weeds when needed.
· Fluent in English and able to work mostly within the European time zone.
· Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, influencer campaign workflows, KPIs, CRMs, task management tools, and lean scaling.
Success Metrics
· 150% revenue growth while improving net margin.
· Clear, documented systems for all core operational processes.
· A-level team delivering on KPIs, with minimal micromanagement.
· New roles hired and onboarded to match agency growth.
· Operations and financials run predictably.
