· Supporting the company’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with short and long-term goals.
· Building and developing a high performing team and product offering.

· Establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions.

· Identifying challenges, opportunities, and strategic partnerships based on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
· Representing the company’s interests before regulators, partners, and customers.
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Chief Operating Officer in London role;
· Executive experience in Top Tier/ Tier-1 crypto exchanges as a COO, Director, President, MD, GM / C- Level.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful growth for tier-1 crypto exchanges.
· A deep understanding of the Tier-1 crypto exchanges, crypto market and forces that affect it.
· Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
· Ability to develop strong, collaborative working relationships and be seen as an authority on a topic, an objective source of information, and a trusted advisor.
· MBA, or other relevant degree; certifications in blockchain, fintech, or other relevant fields are highly desirable in addition to C-Level experience at a top tier crypto exchange.
