Position Overview:

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the strategic execution of iTCart’s operational model, driving scalability, efficiency, and growth. You will collaborate closely with global technology leaders to build scalable, secure, and next-generation AI platforms.

  • Define and execute scalable operational strategies to optimize business performance and revenue growth.
  • Oversee cross-functional business units to drive efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build a high-performing global operations team that drives execution and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a long-term operational strategy that aligns with iTCart’s AI-powered technology vision and business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of business strategy with AI-driven technology, product development, and market expansion.
  • Lead global expansion initiatives, optimizing market penetration and operational scalability.
  • Spearhead M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to accelerate business growth and strengthen market positioning.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Architect and implement world-class operational frameworks across iTCart’s multiple industry verticals.
  • Drive efficiency and automation across all business functions, leveraging AI-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and standardize operational KPIs, SLAs, and process governance models.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration between finance, technology, sales, and marketing teams to optimize execution.

Financial Performance & Profitability

  • Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting, ensuring business profitability.
  • Optimize cost structures and operational efficiencies to scale sustainably.
  • Implement operational risk management frameworks to enhance revenue predictability and cost optimization.
  • Align AI-powered automation with financial strategies to drive revenue growth.

Technology & AI-Driven Digital Transformation

  • Work closely with the CTO and technology teams to implement AI-powered automation across all operational units.
  • Oversee the adoption of cloud-based AI solutions that enhance business process automation and enterprise workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance requirements across operations.
  • Drive AI integration into customer engagement, supply chain, HR, and internal business functions.

Global Team Leadership & Culture Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performance global operations teams, ensuring seamless execution of strategic objectives.
  • Develop a leadership succession plan and talent management strategy to support business scalability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence within iTCart.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in business operations, strategic leadership, and global expansion within AI, SaaS, BFSI, healthcare, or technology industries.
  • Proven expertise in scaling operations, optimizing workflows, and driving enterprise digital transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, revenue growth, and cost control.
  • Deep understanding of AI-powered automation, SaaS business models, and enterprise operational strategy.
  • Extensive experience in leading global teams, implementing best-in-class operational practices, and scaling business models.
  • Strong track record of M&A execution, business partnerships, and operational leadership in high-growth enterprises.

Optional Skills:

  • Experience in AI-driven digital transformation across BFSI, healthcare, real estate, supply chain, retail, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong background in business intelligence, AI analytics, and AI-powered decision-making frameworks.
