ABOUT THE ROLE
As a part of the Business Operations team, you will be directly responsible for solving our toughest operational problems. You’ll work cross-functionally with a strong team of operational leaders, product managers, and senior leadership. You’ll have significant agency and visibility and work across most of the company functions. Your work will be constantly varied from new initiatives to providing consultative services to solve existing issues.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…
- Execute strategic operational initiatives. Take the vision and convert it to achievable milestones. Get on the ground and lead from the front to operationalize and manage out-of-workflow initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute strategic opportunity areas for bettering the overall system.
- Be a subject matter expert on internal tools and processes to provide consultative processes to operational teams. Work closely with operational and senior leadership to help drive change management.
- Perform and present key analysis such as profitability/ROI, cost accounting, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
