The company:
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on BI Manager to take ownership of our business intelligence function. You’ll lead the design, delivery, and optimization of our reporting and analytics capabilities — with a strong focus on Power BI as our enterprise reporting platform.
You’ll also play a key role in building and managing a BI team, developing the skills, structure, and culture needed to scale insight delivery across the business.
Role and responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Building:

Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing BI team (analysts, developers, data visualization specialists).

Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

BI Strategy & Delivery:
-
Define and execute the BI roadmap in line with company objectives.

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

Power BI Ownership:
-
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Establish and enforce Power BI governance, including workspace management, access control, and data model standards.

Data Management:

Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data sources are accurate, reliable, and optimized for reporting.

Implement best practices around data visualization, storytelling, and performance optimization.

Insight & Decision Support:

Drive business performance by delivering actionable insights and KPIs to senior leadership.

Champion data literacy and self-service analytics across teams.
Job requirements:

Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management roles.

Deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and deployment).

Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).

Experience in hiring and managing teams, ideally within a BI or analytics function.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to bridge technical and business perspectives.

A problem-solver who combines analytical rigor with creative insight.

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or similar).
