About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Data team, which is creating the best-in-class analytical capabilities (insights and data products) to empower WOO with the correct information at the right time to make data-driven decisions. What you’ll be working on:
- Conduct thorough business data analysis to identify and optimize issues within the growth ecosystem.
- Design core metrics and enhance metric systems, serving as the guiding force for team efforts.
- Handle statistical analysis and modeling of business data, construct data warehouses, and improve data analysis efficiency.
- Transform complex analytical methods into simplified visual analyses, providing actionable insights to the operations team.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a field related to data science or computer science.
- Proficiency in Python/SQL for data analysis, modeling, and exploration.
- Familiarity with QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI for data visualization analysis and operational reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GrowingIO, Firebase for growth ecosystem analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in big data ecosystem technologies is a plus.
