The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic BI Analyst with a passion for problem-solving, data and visualisations to work within our growing Data team. You will be responsible for a variety of work streams including generating insight, data visualisation and BI product optimisation. To succeed in this role, you need to be creative with both data and visualisations and have an analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Create data first solutions
Perform ad-hoc data analysis
Work with Customer Success teams to solve data related questions
Liaise with Product Management to decipher dashboard requirements
Attend stand-ups and meetings with key stakeholders – communicating the status of projects and raising any potential risks as early as possible
Build robust and efficient data sources for use in reports and dashboards
Compile and analyse various data sources to identify trends
Develop BI analytics dashboards combining multiple different data sources
Provide recommendations based on data integration for implementation
Audits of the quality of recorded data across the business to help support various data teams.
Essential Skills
Data visualisation techniques and knowledge of data analysis tools
Experience in Tableau or other
Very numerate & analytical with good attention to detail
Ability to analyse problems and implement solutions
Ability to learn in a fast-changing work environment
Good Communication skills
Desirable Skills
Experience within an analytical role
Experience with large datasets
Ability to create automated dashboards for multiple areas of a business/client portfolio
