    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the field.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products and ICT solutions, including their benefits and applications.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop strategies to position our offerings effectively and differentiate from competitors.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
    • Coordinate with partners and vendors to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:

Requirements

Experience

3-5 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on Microsoft and ICT products., Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Skills/Scope

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ICT solutions, including cloud computing, enterprise software, and digital transformation., Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
