In this role, you’ll champion the adoption of our connected home and IoT solutions among housing providers, property managers, resellers, and key partners. You’ll also play a pivotal part in customer onboarding and act as the bridge between clients and our product team — ensuring customer feedback directly shapes future innovations.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across housing associations, local authorities, and residential developers.
  • Lead proactive outreach — including email campaigns, calls, and industry networking.
  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that address stakeholder priorities such as compliance, ESG, and resident wellbeing.
  • Develop compelling proposals, respond to tenders, and produce case studies that highlight ROI and impact.
Customer Success
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring customers are confident in using the HomeLINK dashboard and device features.
  • Build lasting client relationships through regular check-ins, usage reviews, and performance insights.
  • Monitor customer engagement to identify potential churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Help customers unlock actionable insights from environmental and safety data to drive positive outcomes.
Product & Market Insights
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback on usability, functionality, and device performance.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to inform feature development and testing.
  • Support pilot projects, user training, and customer enablement materials.
  • Stay current with housing regulations, ESG standards, and IoT industry trends to inform strategy and positioning.
Skills & Experience Essential
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical account management.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships and multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Passion for connected technology, sustainability, and the future of housing.
Desirable
  • Experience in IoT, PropTech, or smart building technology.
  • Knowledge of Irish social housing, ESG frameworks, or compliance standards.
  • Exposure to product development, customer feedback processes, or agile environments.
What You’ll Get
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus.
  • Fully expensed company car.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge IoT solutions driving real social impact.
  • Collaborative environment with dedicated support from product, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Clear pathways for career growth across sales, customer success, and product functions.
