Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and expanding our client base. This role involves market research, sales strategy implementation, and building robust client relationships. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in business development and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business via online platforms, expand client base, drive business growth and present our Product and Services effectively to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations and secure contracts that align with company goals and client requirements.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies, generate leads, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Meet or exceed KPI’s, including revenue generation from client onboarding and service expansion.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in sales strategy, market research, CRM software, negotiation, and networking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Prior experience in a software house or IT firm is a plus and a strong network within Gulf, especially in IT, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
