We cover a lot of scopes, such as HR, Housing Sourcing Services (Facility, Source To Pay), Communication, etc
We are looking for a business analyst in the cluster Housing & Sourcing Services, in the squad Source2Pay
The squad Source-to-Pay aims to streamline processes and tools across the "HSS Sourcing to Payment" value chain in collaboration with group’s teams.
The Source-to-Pay (S2P) chain covers all of the bank's purchasing activities, from the expression of need to the final payment of the invoice, including, if necessary, a supplier selection phase and/or the contractualization of the relationship.
Mission :
In an Agile framework, you will integrate the S2P squad as Business Analyst /Process Engineer to contribute to the implementation of the value-chain S2P.
The objective is to create the most efficient value-chain as possible without creating any dyssynergies on the current performances.
Currently, the value-chain is based on 2 main streams:
- Procurement activities supported by Ivalua, Netive, Archibus
- P2P activities supported by SAP solution
You will manage opus/feature defined in collaboration with the Product Owner and the business stakeholders in order to define and implement the most relevant solution by
defining the necessary requirements, putting in place the necessary change management plan and executing some end to end testing of the new created flow.
Function description

Required experience / knowledge
At least 8 years of relevant experience
Technical experience (mandatory)
- SAP and/or Ivalua knowledge
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
